몇 일 전 [IBM Cloud]의 홍보 글을 올린 후, 몇 가지 업데이트 해야할 사항들이 있어 따로 글을 작성한다.

1. 장애 알림

2019.06.17.에 IBM으로부터 하기 내용의 메일을 받았다. 사용자 포털 로그인 장애가 났다는 내용이다. 해당 장애 일시는 내가 겪은 장애와 동일한 현상이지만, 일시가 다르다.

하지만 나는 이런 메일을 처음 받아본다. 어쩌면 장애 안내 메일 발송 시스템이 근 몇 일 사이에 만들어진걸까? 하지만 이런 메일 발송 시스템 만드는건 그리 어렵지 않다. 아마도 과거에 내가 장애를 겪었을 적에 이런 안내 메일을 받지 못했던 이유는, 내 계정의 등급이 낮아서(결제 카드 등록조차 하지 않았다) 그랬던게 아닐까 추측한다.

2. 잦은 변경에 대하여

이전 글에서 서비스가 너무 빨리 바뀐다고 불평을 했었다. 아마도 이는 모두의 공통적인 불만 사항이었나보다. 그래서인지 오늘(2019.06.18.)은 이런 메일을 받았다.
