An Annotated Guide to Basic Historical Sources on the Japanese Military Stationed in Korea

At the beginning of the book, I came across a passage introducing sources from Japanese military operational reports that said they evoked “anger” and “derision,” and I found myself wondering what on earth I was reading. Fortunately, the emotional tone gradually subsides as one turns the pages.

The original reason I sought out and read this book was to investigate the unit stationed at Eomda Elementary School in Hampyeong County, or records related to it. Unfortunately, I could not find any clues in this book.
